Phil founded Detox Design in 2006 after working as a creative director for a leading Lichfield design agency. A conceptual thinker he has over 20 years experience of working with global brands such as Pirelli Tyres, P&O and Black Cat Fireworks. National brands include SPAR, One Stop, The Motor Cycle Museum and the NHS.

Outside of work phil enjoys fun times with his family and friends, being active, nights out, movies and comedy.

Warren Smith | Designer

Warren has over 10 years agency experience working as a graphic designer. With a keen eye for detail he has expertise in branding, print design and web site design. He has worked with clients including Land Rover, Jaguar, Hyundai and Barclays.

Warren enjoys playing 5-a-side footy and mountain biking, then after all that exercise drinking large amounts of lager (stella)!

Thomas Floate | Programmer

Thomas has 10 years programming experience, developing bespoke software applications and web based software. He has worked previously for FTSE100 companies and has developed websites and software for every type of client in between. Thomas also brings a wealth of project management skills to the team.

Thomas enjoys getting outside of the office as well as motor sport, ice skating and spending time with his kids.

Graham Browne | Marketing

Graham is a strategic marketing specialist. He has over 17 years consultancy experience and has worked with a variety of organisations ranging from small businesses to global corporations such as Microsoft and Hewlett Packard. He has an MBA from Warwick Business School and teaches marketing at City College Coventry.

When not engaged in meeting marketing challenges, Graham enjoys walking and is looking forward to being able to spend more time messing around in boats.

Guy Ashworth | Public Relations

Guy is an experienced PR professional and has a strong background in writing for newspapers, magazines and the web. His experience over more than 20 years crosses a host of market sectors, from professional and financial services to retail, bathroom manufacturers, logistics, the food industry, construction and social housing.

Guy runs a Cub pack, cycles and walks. He has ridden from London to Paris and climbed Mount Kilimanjaro.

Lisa Stimpson | Telemarketing

Lisa has over 15 years experience in telemarketing. She has a passion and enthusiasm for what she does and gets a real buzz out of helping businesses to develop and move forward.

Outside of work Lisa loves spending quality time with her family, visiting the National Trust and after a busy day likes to put her feet up and enjoy a glass of good red wine.

Cheryl Jeyes | Events

Cheryl is also a professional dance teacher and runs her own dance school here in Birmingham. Through the school she has organised many events from awards ceremonies to performances at prestigious venues such as the Royal Albert hall and Disneyland Paris. Cheryl's enthusiasm, ideas and amazing eye for detail guarantee an event to be remembered.

As an entertainer Cheryl enjoys shows of all kinds and can often be found in London's' West End.
